PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium supply device which makes cards C serving as recording mediums less likely to be scratched.SOLUTION: A recording medium supply device 1 has a storage part 2 which stores cards C in an upright state with the cards C overlapped in its thickness direction. The recording medium supply device 1 further includes biasing means 10 which biases the cards C on one end surface 6 of the storage part 2 and discharges the biased card C in a vertical direction from a discharge port 4 provided on a bottom surface 3 of the storage part 2 by discharge means 20. The recording medium supply device 1 includes transfer means 40 which transfers the discharged card C. Guide means 30 provided between the discharge port 4 and the transfer means 40 functions as a transfer passage to the transfer means 40. The guide means 30 has a guide part 31 and contacts with a lower part C1 of the card C in the upright state to change a posture of the card C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
