Upon receiving a transmission request (REQ1) of a client device (1), a serve r device (11) transmits a group address (INF1) to the client device (1). The server device (11) designates the group address (INF1) and transmits the fir st block (X1) of blocks (X1 to X4) into which the requested information is divided to a network (10). Upon receiving a transmission request (REQ2) of a client device (2) after the transmission of the block (X1) to the client device (1), the server device (11) transmits a group address (INF2) to the client device (2). The server device (11) designates group addresses (INF1 a nd INF2) and transmits the second to fourth blocks (X2 to X4) to the network (10). The server device (11) designates the group address (INF2) and transmi ts the first block (X1) to the network (10) subsequently after the transmission of the fourth block (X4), thus ending the transmission.
