<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always generate electric power by fully generating the electric power by driving a generator 22 by rotating a vertical shaft type windmill 14 by receiving a natural wind 18 or 20 when stopping an exhauster while receiving an exhaust air 16 from the exhauster when operating the exhauster 10 such as a water-cooled cooling tower and an air-cooled outdoor unit. <P>SOLUTION: The vertical shaft type windmill 14 is arranged on the downstream side of a delivery part 12 of the exhauster 10 such as the water-cooled cooling tower and the air-cooled outdoor unit arranged outdoors, and the generator 22 is driven by respectively rotating the vertical shaft type windmill by receiving the natural wind 18 or 20 when stopping the exhauster while receiving the exhaust air 16 from the exhauster when operating the exhauster. The vertical shaft type windmill is composed of a plurality of blades 24 arranged in a concentric circle around a central rotary shaft 26, and is arranged in a position respectively opposed to a flow of the exhaust air and the natural wind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
