PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the number of members constituting a panel with a small window, and preventing readjustment and remanufacturing during manufacturing. SOLUTION: In this panel with the small window, surface materials 21 and 22, which are composed of a plate material, are stuck on both the sides of a core material, and the small window is provided in a required location. The surface materials are provided with openings 23 and 24 for the small window, respectively; inward bent pieces 25 and 26 are provided at the peripheral edge of the opening of at least either of the surface materials; and frame materials 11 and 12 are mounted at the peripheral edges of the openings of both the panels from the outside, respectively, and screwed to the bent pieces, respectively.
