The object of the present is to easily improve decoration of an electronic device and the like, by generating a change of color tone in a desired region of a structure using a multilayer film exhibiting interference colors. A decorative casing has a multilayer film, having plural thin films of different refractive indexes laminated together, adhered onto the surface of a base material, and the multilayer film has an uneven surface.
