PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit for stably generating reference voltage to be applied to a constant current source such as a CML for supplying clock to multiple flip-flop. SOLUTION: In this reference voltage generating circuit, constant current IREF is generated for each clock driver 12 by a constant current generating circuit 15, and distributed through each wiring 13. The constant current IREF is converted to reference voltage by a current/voltage converting circuit inside the clock driver 12, and applied to the constant current source of the clock driver 12, and a predetermined constant current flows to the constant current source, and operates the clock driver 12. With this structure, even if the clock drivers 12 are arranged in a LSI11 in a distributed manner, an influence of the surrounding noise to the reference current is suppressed, and strong shield is not required which is required for distributing the reference voltage from the beginning, and it is unnecessary to increase area of the LSI11.
