The present invention relates to a prefabricated safety handrail for construction, which improves handling and a performance of construction by constructing main posts (10) and a railing part separated from each other using an assembling method. The prefabricated safety handrail for construction comprises: main posts (10) of which each has a fixated post (12), a bracket, a base plate (11), a bolt rod (13), a guard plate (14), and a nut (15); and a railing part (20) for mounting which is vertically installed between the fixated posts to protect pedestrians, allowing a bicycle moved to an outer side of the stairs, and installed in an outer side surface of the stairs to be mounted thereto. |
