PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unbalance of neutral point potential and current distortion in an AC/DC converter.SOLUTION: An AC/DC converter includes a rectifier 2 for connection with an AC power supply 1 via a reactor L, a plurality of capacitors C1, C2 connected in series between the output terminals of the rectifier 2, a plurality of bidirectional switches T2, T3 interposed between the rectifier 2 and the capacitors C1, C2, and a control unit for calculating output voltage command values Vu, Vv, Vwfrom the deviation of rectifier input currents Iinv(Iinvd,Iinvq) from the current command values Id, Iq, and performing PWM control of the bidirectional switches T2, T3 based on the output voltage command values Vu, Vv, Vw. The control unit corrects the output voltage command values Vu, Vv, Vwto the correction output voltage command values Vu', Vv', Vw'so as to reduce the deviation of voltages between both ends of capacitors Vdc1,Vdc2. |
