摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ultrathin glass. More particularly, the manufacturing method of ultrathin glass comprises: a stacked body manufacturing process of stacking 5-50 layers of ultrathin glass, and forming a stacked body; a stacked body cutting process of cutting the stacked body to have a certain size, and making stacked body cells; an edge surface chamfering process of processing an edge surface using a physical polishing method; a chemical surface polishing process of forming a rounded C-shaped protrusion like a C shape on the edge surface by surface processing using chemical etching which removes chippings having sizes more than or equal to a certain size; and a stacking separation process of separating each layer of the stacked ultrathin glass. The manufacturing method of ultrathin glass may additionally comprise a rinsing process of cleaning an etchant remaining in the stacked body cells (3) with a washing solution. According to the present invention, by using a combination of physical polishing process and chemical surface polishing process to process an edge surface, a damage rate during the process can be lowered to be close to zero. Also, the processed surface is made smooth, and has excellent edge strength by forming a C-shaped protrusion.
