A puncture tool 9 includes: a needle tube 21 internally including a channel; an opening portion 34c arranged at a proximal end portion of a needle tube turning operation portion 34; a conical shape portion 21a to be punctured into a subject, the conical shape portion 21a being arranged at a distal end portion of the needle tube 21; an opening portion 21 c arranged on a proximal end side of the conical shape portion 21 a and communicating with the channel; a blade 22 capable of being inserted through the channel of the needle tube 21 and capable of causing a cutting portion to project from the opening portion 21c when being inserted through the channel; and a connector 9a1 for electrically connecting the conical shape portion 21a and a high frequency power supply device 8.
