PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method and a measurement kit for the measurement object in a sample capable of easy determination because the result of the measurement is definitely represented and capable of easily obtaining the measurement result very quickly, without need for specific equipment or device, capable of simply and economically execute the measurement without skill. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the measurement object in the sample comprises the following processes: (a) the process for solidifying the specific bonding substance to the measurement object, the carrier solidified a substance capable of bonding with the pigment, and the process for bringing into contact with the pigment in an isolated state with the bondable substance; (b) after the contact a certain amount is added on the porous membrane; and (c) the process for measuring the ring appeared on the porous membrane. This invention is the measurement kit of measurement object in the sample including the pigment, carrier solidified specific bonding substance to the objective substance for measurement, and solidified the substance capable of bonding with the pigment, the regent containing the substance capable of bonding with the isolated pigment, and the porous membrane.
