PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser capable of splashing an accurate amount of a liquid by clearing the residual liquid deposited on the tip of a nozzle by an extremely small amount. SOLUTION: The dispenser is equipped with a nozzle 1 for splashing the liquid within a dispensing region A and a work robot 10 which arranges a cleaning region B in the vicinity of the dispensing region A and moving the nozzle 1 in order to splash the liquid to the dispensing region A and separating the nozzle 1 from the dispensing region A to move it to the cleaning region B. A residual liquid clearing brush 4 brought into contact with the nozzle 1 by the work robot 10 to remove the residual liquid deposited on the tip of the nozzle 1 by an extremely small amount is arranged to the cleaning region B.
