PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape lapping device capable of conserving many integrated cassette shoe assemblies to be easily replaced in the tape lapping device having the integrated cassette shoe assemblies assembling a pair of opening and closing arms for supporting shoe assemblies and a clamp shaft for opening and closing the arms as integrally replaceable cassettes. SOLUTION: Each of the integrated cassette shoe assemblies 6 has a cassette side guide rail 8 mounted on a top part and can be mounted on a plurality of ATC side guide rails 22 and 23 which can be arranged in parallel. When the integrated cassette assembly 6 is mounted on the ATC side guide rails 22 and 23, the assembly 6 is locked by an antiback stopper 10 provided in an ATC side guide rail main body 21 to be prevented from being positionally deviated. When the assembly 6 is removed from the state, the lock is released by pressing a pressing pin 24 of an antiback releasing device 20 provided in the ATC side guide rail main body 21.
