<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the influence of an input error in the control loop of a bias current exerted on the control loop of a current pulse, in a laser drive control device employing write strategy techniques. <P>SOLUTION: An input error ΔV5 between a feedback component and a reference component in an error amplification part 48BM about a cool current Ic is extracted by an input error extraction part 50a. The input error ΔV50 extracted by the input error extraction part 50a is subtracted from a reference component in an error amplification part 48PK about a peak current Ip by an input error subtraction part 59b and from a reference component in an error amplification part 48AV about an erase current Ie by an input error subtraction part 50c, whereby the influence of errors of the control loop for controlling the cool current Ic, which gives the bias current, is easily excluded from the control loop which gives the peak current Ip and the erase current Ie which are current pulses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
