PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle threader by which threading is easily and smoothly performed for any kind of needle and also the threading is reliably performed relative to the needles with a thickness in a wide range from the one with a small diameter to the one with a large diameter through the use of one threading mechanism. SOLUTION: A needle threader body 1 includes: an operation member 10 for operating the threading to the needle A; and a thread lock part 14 to be operated in connection with an operation means 10. A form adjusting part 7 for adjusting the direction of a needle hole O is arranged at a part for inserting the needle A.
