A front mount structure of an exhaust system for a vehicle is provided to secure maximum local strength at a hanger bracket when natural vibration of the exhaust system is introduced into a vehicle body, thereby minimizing the transmission of the vibration for silent running. A front mount structure of an exhaust system for a vehicle includes a hanger bracket(20) mounted with an exhaust pipe(6) and formed in the approximately hexagonal box shape with fixing elements(22), and front and rear brackets(24,26) for securing maximum strength. Rubber elements(66,68) are positioned between the hanger bracket and a vehicle body as insulators.
