PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge for a loudspeaker having a wide reproduced-frequency range, preventing the change of a lowest resonance frequency f0 even by a replacement from a conventional rolled edge and enabling a preferable voice reproduction. SOLUTION: The edge for the loudspeaker has an inner-peripheral joining section joined with the outer-peripheral end section of a cone shape diaphragm, an outer-peripheral joining section joined with a frame and a movable section formed between the inner-peripheral joining section and the outer-peripheral joining section. The movable section has a first movable section formed while being extended from the inner-peripheral joining section to the outer peripheral side on the extension of an inner-peripheral-shaped line specifying the sectional shape of the inner-peripheral joining section in the sectional shape. The movable section further has a second movable section formed while being out of place from the upper section of the extension of the inner-peripheral-shaped line in the sectional shape and being extended from the first movable section to the outer peripheral side and connected to the outer-peripheral joining section in a waveform having a bent sectional shape.
