The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metal oxide photoelectrode including voids, the metal oxide photoelectrode manufactured thereby and a perovskite solar cell including the same. More specifically, the present invention provides the method of manufacturing the metal oxide photoelectrode including the voids, including: a step of manufacturing a photoelectrode material by mixing metal oxide nanoparticles with a void forming agent (Step 1); a step of coating the top portion of a blocking layer of the perovskite solar cell with the photoelectrode material manufactured in Step 1 (Step 2); and a step of removing the void forming agent by heating the photoelectrode material applied in Step 2 (Step 3). The manufacturing method of the present invention is capable of manufacturing the metal oxide photoelectrode including the voids while the metal oxide photoelectrode manufactured according to the present invention is capable of showing a higher porosity when compared with an existing metal oxide photoelectrode. As a consequence, it is possible to increase the light absorption rate of incident light due to the light scattering effect and, ultimately, further increase the efficiency of the perovskite solar cell. In addition, it is possible to increase the interface contact between the photoelectrode and a light absorption layer because the high porosity of the metal oxide photoelectrode makes the light absorption layer of perovskite easily permeated, thereby also increasing the efficiency of the perovskite solar cell. |
