PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of facilitating display of a region that a user desires to measure in an easy-to-view manner.SOLUTION: An X-ray angiography apparatus includes a storage part, a system control part, a measurement area calculation part, an opacity curve candidate calculation part and an image reconstruction part. The storage part stores three dimensional medical image data acquired by imaging a subject. The system control part sets an attention position to each of medical images corresponding to at least two directions of the three dimensional medical image data. The measurement area calculation part calculates an interest area in the three dimensional medical image data of the subject on the basis of the attention positions. The opacity curve candidate calculation part calculates a parameter value related to image processing of medical images generated from three-dimensional medical image data on the basis of a voxel value in the interest area. The image reconstruction part generates a display image by performing rendering processing on the basis of the three dimensional medical image data and the parameter value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
