摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device array which facilitates to remove moisture from an organic planarizing layer which is covered with electrodes and is hard to remove, and which prevents reduced deterioration in pixel characteristics due to moisture and reduced deterioration in luminance around a dark spot and pixel, as well as to provide a manufacturing method for such an organic EL device array. SOLUTION: The organic EL device array has a substrate, an organic planarizing layer formed on the substrate, multiple first electrodes formed on the organic planarizing layer, organic electroluminescent layers formed on the first electrodes, second electrodes formed on the organic electroluminescent layers, and pixel isolation layers formed among the first electrodes. The organic planarizing layer includes a first planarizing layer and a second planarizing layer, which has higher moisture transmittance than the first planarizing layer and is formed in contact with the pixel isolation layers and the first planarizing layer.
