The invention relates to a device (1) for producing clinker, which starts with raw flour. The device comprises a rotary kiln (10), a pre-calcinator (12) and a suspension pre-heater, adapted to heat the raw flour by heat exchange with combustion fuel gases, generated in the rotary kiln (10). The pre-heater mentioned above comprises a pair of cyclone separators (30, 40), connected by feeding and heating pipe (42), which contains at least one charging section (42’) of the raw flour. The pre-heater also contains an electrofilter (450) connected to one of the two separators and containing a section of outgoing raw flour, connected to the charging section (42’). Both the separators (30, 40) are arranged of the same height, defining a first horizontal relative plane (101). Furthermore, the pipe (42) is constructed partly above the said first plane (101) and partially below the same plane in order to define a point of maximum height (71) and a point of minimum height (72), respectively of the same pipe. In addition, the charging section (42’) of the raw flour is arranged below the first plane (101). |
