A method for processing information according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) photographing images around a user vehicle; (b) measuring the speed of a front vehicle by receiving distance information of the front vehicle from a distance sensor for calculating the proximity distance of an object approaching the vicinity of the user vehicle; (c) judging whether the speed of the front vehicle calculated in the step (b) is equal to or above a set speed limit; and (d) matching and transmitting reported statement including the position information of the user vehicle, the speed of the front vehicle, and the photographed images of the front vehicle to a server, if it is judged that the speed of the front vehicle is equal to or above the speed limit in the step (c).
