摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which achieves good heat radiation performance and secures an insulation distance from a heat radiator.SOLUTION: An LED module substrate 16 includes: a substrate body 20; an LED element 15 mounted on one main surface of the substrate body 20; and a contact point 23 which is mounted on an end part of the one main surface of the substrate body 20 and is electrically connected with the LED element 15. A heat radiation sheet 17 is thermally connected with the other main surface of the substrate body 20 and is disposed covering the other main surface. A cover part 18 covers the LED module substrate 16 with the contact point 23 and the heat radiation sheet 17 exposed. A lamp 12 is attached to a socket 13 and the socket 13 includes a terminal 55 electrically connected with the contact point 23 when the lamp 12 is attached. A device body 14 includes a heat radiator 82 including a contact surface 98 and a recessed part 99. The heat radiation sheet 17 of the lamp 12 attached to the socket 13 contacts with the contact surface 98 thereby thermally connecting the contact surface 98 with the lamp 12. The recessed part 99 is provided at a position which faces the terminal 55 of the socket 13 to be disposed between the heat radiator 82 and the heat radiation sheet 17.
