<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma burner that removes particulates in exhaust gas by effectively oxidizing them while preheating fuel and mixing the fuel with the exhaust gas, and to provide a smoke filtering device. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma burner 500 includes a reactor 510, installed in an exhaust pipe, and an electrode 520, installed in the reactor 510, in order to generate a plasma discharge between the electrode 520 and an inner wall of the reactor 510. The reactor 510 includes an exhaust gas inflow port 533 that mixes fuel flowing into the reactor 510 with exhaust gas and supplies the exhaust gas so as to lead the mixed gas between the reactor 510 and the electrode 520. A flame jet port is formed in the other side of the reactor 510 in order to jet out flames FL caused by the plasma discharge of the mixed gas. A guide member 540 is provided to the side of the exhaust gas inflow port 533 and expansively formed to have a diameter larger than that of the exhaust gas inflow port 533 and to lead the exhaust gas to the exhaust gas inflow port 533. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
