A device, system and method for wide dynamic range imaging. An in-vivo imager may acquire first and second portions of an image, wherein the first and second portions are combinable into a wide dynamic range image. An in-vivo imaging device may determine local gain for a portion of an image acquired by an imager of the in-vivo imaging device.
