<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction system safe for an exhibitor and a consumer by attaining expansion and activation of a network transaction market. <P>SOLUTION: This safety auction system manages an exhibiting user by a system OEM agent. In addition, price for an article is paid in advance and a market once receives money as deposit. After confirmation of payment, the exhibitor ships the article to a purchase user.
