PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize magnetic shield effect to secure good communication performance even when an antenna is installed at a rear surface cover side of an electronic device.SOLUTION: An antenna device 1 is incorporated in an electronic device 30, communicates with an external device 40 via an electromagnetical field signal, and includes: an antenna coil 12 which is provided by winding conductor wires facing each other in a width direction through an opening part of the antenna coil so that the conductor wires move close to each other, the antenna coil inductively coupled to the external device; a heat diffusion sheet 3 provided in a housing of the electronic device and facing the external device; and a conductive sheet 4 which overlaps with a part of the antenna coil and the heat diffusion sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
