PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for reducing the number of beams used for communication with a radio terminal.SOLUTION: A beam control method comprises: steps S12 and S16 of estimating communication quality of a transmission path between a plurality of radio terminals and a base station; a first determining step S14 of determining a first beam weight required by a first radio terminal whose communication quality is not higher than a prescribed label in association with the first radio terminal; a determining step S17 of determining whether a second radio terminal whose communication quality is higher than the prescribed level can receive a first beam generated using any of first beam weights; a second determining step S19 of determining a second beam weight required by the second radio terminal which cannot receive the first beam to receive a beam in association with the second radio terminal; and a selecting step S21 of selecting a plurality of beam weights from the first and second beam weights.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
