INTEGRATION CARD SYSTEM IN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

An integrated card system in a housing development is provided to enable access to a plurality doors with a single RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card key, thereby minimizing labor costs of housing development management and reducing human power, time, and cost. An integrated card system in a housing development comprises the followings: an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) card key(10); a card reader(20) which recognizes the RFID card key at a short distance; an elevator-linked controller(30) which automatically selects a floor so that a user can move to a desired floor on the basis of the recognized information; a CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) camera-linked controller(40) which notifies the monitor of a central control room that a RFID holder is a holder with competent authority; and a central control computer(50) which monitors a video by a CCTV camera and controls the entire access control system in the central control room.
