PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite plywood which is free from warpage and interlayer release between base materials, and especially used best-suitably as flooring. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a composite plywood A is to manufacture the composite plywood by laminating MDF and the plywood 2 in one piece and adhesively attaching a sliced veneer 3 to the surface of the MDF. In this method, the MDF 11 is previously heated and pretreated under pressure, then the MDF 1 and the plywood 2 are integrally laminated with the help of an adhesive and the sliced veneer 3 is bonded to the laminate. Besides, the heating temperature during the pretreatment is 145 to 155°C, and the surface of the attached sliced veneer 3 is finish-coated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
