PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shorts which exert a hip-up effect and do not allow a stich line to impart discomfort to a wearer.SOLUTION: In shorts 1, with respect to a left abdomen cover cloth 22 and a right abdomen cover cloth 32 erected from a left crotch cloth 21 and a right crotch cloth 31, a left rear cloth 23 wrapping a left hip part 71 of a wearer 7 from the left crotch cloth 21 is joined in a left stitch line 14 and a right rear cloth 33 wrapping a right hip part 72 of the wearer 7 from the right crotch cloth 31 is joined in a right stitch line 15, a left hem opening 12 is formed by a lower edge 231 of the left rear cloth 23 extended from a lower end of the left stitch line 14 toward a left side while inclined downward and a left side edge 213 of the left crotch cloth 21, a right hem opening 13 is formed by a lower edge 331 of the right rear cloth 33 extended from a lower end of the right stitch line 15 toward a right side while inclined downward and a right side edge 313 of the right crotch cloth 31, and a wearing opening 11 is formed by upper edges 222, 322 of the left abdomen cover cloth 22 and right abdomen cover cloth 32, an upper edge 232 of the left rear cloth 23, and an upper edge 332 of the right rear cloth 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
