The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing a shopping service. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for providing a shopping service comprises: a receiving unit to receive user comment information in which a degree of evaluation for a product inputted from a user who has purchased the product is inputted in a text format; an analysis unit to extract one or more opinion vocabularies expressing an opinion for a size of a product from one or more pieces of user comment information for each product, and compare one or more prescribed reference vocabularies to guide correction of the size when purchasing the opinion vocabularies and the product; and a control unit to display size correction notification information guiding to correct the size on first product sales information as summary product sales information provided to allow the user to intuitively obtain sales information for the product to purchase the product when purchasing the product if a number of opinion vocabularies identical to the reference vocabularies in the user comment information exceeds a reference number as a result of comparison between the opinion vocabularies and the reference vocabularies. |
