PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can implement high information reproductivity and has excellent resolution by increasing the number of information types of spectral wavelength information while suppressing the number of color filter types and pixel interpolation processing.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a solid-state image pickup device 200 in which a light receiving element having a light receiving portion of plural laminated layers is disposed on a semiconductor substrate, a color filter array including a transmissive color filter and a colored color filter, a signal processing device 150 for processing spectral wavelength information acquired from the solid-state image pickup device, and an image processing device 151 for generating image data from the spectral wavelength information. The solid-state image pickup device generates spectral wavelength information having the number of types corresponding to the number obtained by multiplying the number of layers of the light receiving portion and the number of color filter types. The signal processing device calculates a color component signal using the spectral wavelength information. The image processing device performs processing for correcting the spectral wavelength information based on the color component signal, and generates image data from all the spectral wavelength information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
