<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of facilitating attachment to a panel. <P>SOLUTION: This grommet 1 is attached at a hole 3 of a panel 2. The grommet 1 has a diameter-enlarged cylindrical portion 11. A locking recessed portion 13 is provided at the other end portion 11b, on the large-diameter side of the diameter enlarged cylindrical portion 11. The locking recessed portion 13 is locked at the hole 3 of the panel 2. The locking recessed portion 13 is formed by a first wall 14, near the other end portion 11b of the diameter-enlarged cylindrical portion 11 and a second wall 15 near one end portion 11a facing the first wall 14. A recess 19 in a recessed form is formed, extending from a surface 15a of the second wall 15 over the whole circumference of the diameter-enlarged cylindrical portion 11.
