PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which is capable of reducing processing loads and a data volume which are imposed on or stored in an image output unit, and to provide an image synthesizing device and a computer program. SOLUTION: The image processing system is equipped with a server (image synthesizing device) 40, which is provided with a communication unit that receives image data and information on sending end and a CPU that compounds the image data received through the communication unit with other image data, and transmits the composite image data compounded through the CPU by the communication unit to the sending end based on the sending end information received through the communication unit, and a compounding machine (image output device) 1 which outputs the image data and the sending end information to the server 40.
