PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which can reduce color unevenness of emitted light from the light-emitting element by controlling a hue of the emitted light.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 10 comprises: a light-emitting structure including a semiconductor structure layer in which a first conductivity type first semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second conductivity type second semiconductor layer are stacked in this order; a wiring electrode 27A formed on a light-extraction surface of the light-emitting structure; and a wavelength conversion layer which includes a fluorescent substance and covers the semiconductor structure layer and the wiring electrode. The wiring electrode includes a reflection control layer 39 formed on the wiring electrode layer. The reflection control layer has a reflectance different from that of the wiring electrode to excitation light emitted from the active layer or to fluorescence emitted from a phosphorous substance excited by the excitation light. |
