The protective device (100) has a protective bell (101) whose connection portion (104) is connected to a connection portion (105) of a retention device (102), so that the inner filter (106) is not fallen into the container. A spring (103) is fastened in the inner side of the protection bell. The bayonet fitting is formed on the surface of the inner filter by the releasable connections of the connection portions of the protective bell and retention device.
