PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sparkling beverage having effectively suppressed occurrence of spouting.SOLUTION: The method for producing a sparkling beverage includes a first step (S1) for preparing a grain raw material liquid having ≥8% extract concentration, a second step (S2) for lowering the pH of the grain raw material liquid to ≤4.8 and a third step (S3) for diluting the grain raw material liquid having the pH lowered by the second step so as to adjust the extract concentration to ≤6. |
