In a suction-attachment nozzle (30), a distal end portion (33) of an air pipe (31) has an opening portion (29) having a surface area which is larger than that of a flow path (32) of the air pipe (31), and a slit (37) is provided in part of a circumferential contacting surface (34) which is formed on the distal end portion (33) of the air pipe (31) and which comes into contact with a component (60). With this suction-attachment nozzle (30), air supplied from the air pipe (31) flows out via the slit (37), and therefore the suction-attachment state of the component (60) is released, with the position of the slit (37) as a starting point.
