The plate (10) has a seal (12) arranged along its edges, and a channel (11) made by pressing the plate. The channel constitutes a cavity (15) on its one side corresponding to a plate portion (14) projecting on its opposite side. The cavity whose size is larger than the thickness of the plate, receives the head (24) of a screw (23). A spacer (17) integrated with the seal recovers forces between the plate and a support (21) on the portion. An independent claim is also included for a hood of a jet engine arm.
