PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch circuit and a high frequency switch module in which isolation is excellent and an insertion loss is improved. SOLUTION: A low frequency filter comprises a serial resonant circuit composed of a transmission line Lf1 connected to a common terminal, a transmission line Lf2 connected between a low frequency terminal and a ground, and a capacitor Cf1. A high frequency filter comprises a serial resonant circuit composed of a capacitor Cf2 connected to a common terminal, a capacitor Cf3 connected between the capacitor Cf2 and a high frequency terminal, a transmission line Lf3 connected between the capacitors Cf3 and f2, and a fourth capacitor Cf4, and both serial resonant circuits compose a branch circuit. The transmission lines Lf1-Lf3 and the capacitors Cf1-Cf4 are installed in a laminated substrate as electrode patterns. An electrode pattern composing the transmission line Lf1 and an electrode pattern composing the capacitor Cf2 are installed so as not to be superimposed practically in the direction of a lamination of the laminated substrate.
