LOW FRICTION BALL BEARING

摘要

A low friction ball bearing is provided to improve stability and reliability by installing the side reinforcing rings at both sides of the side retainer and circumferentially placing the cylinder retainer. A low friction ball bearing comprises a ball bearing outer ring(1); a ball bearing inner ring(2) installed in the outer ring; plural steel balls(3) inserted between the outer and inner rings; a cylinder retainer(5) in which an inner reinforcing cylinder(4) is inserted; side retainers(6) formed at both width surfaces of the steel ball; and side reinforcing rings(7) mounted at both sides of the side retainers installed at both sides of the steel ball. The cylinder retainer is point-contacted with the steel ball, and sliding-contacted with the inner reinforcing cylinder.
