PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit that increases the accuracy for keeping an output voltage (Vout) constant by reducing an input offset voltage. SOLUTION: The constant voltage circuit includes: differential input transistors M1, M2 that together form a differential amplification circuit Damp for differentially amplifying differential inputs resulting from the voltage of a power supply P, a reference voltage Vref, and an output voltage Vout; an amplifying transistor M6 that amplifies the output of the differential amplification circuit Damp; an output voltage control transistor M8 that outputs the output voltage Vout according to the output of the amplifying transistor M6; a current-regulating transistor M7 that regulates the amplifying transistor M6; and a stabilizing transistor M9 serving as a stabilizing circuit for stabilizing the current-regulating transistor M7, with the gate, drain and source of the stabilizing transistor connected to a bias power supply Bp, respectively, the amplifying transistor M6, and the current-regulating transistor M7.
