A hybrid panel for a scaffold and a scaffold using the same are provided to construct and dismantle the scaffold and to improve mobility of the scaffold. A scaffold(50) comprises a hybrid panel(10), a pair of support plates(60), and a pair of fixing grooves(72). The hybrid panel has first and second fiber reinforced composite material layers(30,32) formed at two sides of a light base layer(20), and a friction material layer(40) formed on one of the first and second fiber reinforced composite material layers. The support plates are horizontally arranged to fix one end of the hybrid panel. Respective one end of the support plates are fixed in the fixing grooves. Fixing projections(64a,64b) are fitted in the fixing grooves of the frame, and formed on upper and lower surfaces of the support plates longitudinally.
