A product transfer apparatus is provided to transfer a product from a loading area to an unloading area by fixing a returning part of a conveyor belt on at least one pair of supporting cables in no need of installing a rotating unit. A product transfer apparatus comprises a conveyor belt(1), a pair of first supporting cables, supporting roller, and a supporting unit(4). The first supporting cables are supported by one or more supporter. The supporting unit fixed by the first supporting cables bears a second supporting cable and a third supporting cable. A supporting roller is rolled over according to the second and the third supporting cable.
