PURPOSE: A mobile communication device capable of performing one-to-one call communication is provided to set an ID such as a telephone number to an MAC address, and to perform one-to-one call communication through one wireless communication channel without a relay of a base station. CONSTITUTION: An RF module(110) loads a received analog signal on a carrier to transmit the signal, extracts the analog signal from signals existing in a channel assigned by receiving a sky wave without a relay of a base station, and outputs the extracted analog signal. A physical layer unit(120) receives a packet signal to modulate the signal, outputs the analog signal, receives the outputted analog signal to convert into a digital signal, and outputs a demodulated signal. An MAC layer unit(130) receives transmission data to output the packet signal, distributes receiving data extracted by interpreting an MAC protocol after receiving the demodulated signal, and outputs the data. A display medium(140) generates the transmission data to output the data, receives the receiving data, and outputs the data such that a user can recognize the data.
