The method involves varying transmissibility as a function of adjustable operating pressure over a hydraulic system in a switching element. The operating pressure of a switching element impinges the switching element present in opened condition for a time interval (t12,t13) with a pressure filling value smaller than filling pressure of a filling equalization phase. The operating pressure is lowered again in a pressure level equivalent to an opened condition of the switching element, if a piston element of a relative switching element is placed in its end position.
