<p>Disclosed are methods comprising administering a dosage form comprising a pharmaceutical carrier and at least one glucocorticoid to a subject suffering from congestive heart failure, wherein the at least one glucocorticoid is present in the dosage form in an amount effective to ameliorate aspects of the congestive heart failure. Also disclosed are related methods and dosage forms.</p>
