<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a terminal, which is not compatible with a next generation network (NGN), utilizes animation distribution services using NGN by solving an address of a server which transmits an animation distribution control message. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal side interface unit 201 transmits and receives a message with a terminal 102. An information extraction unit 202 extracts information from the message received by the terminal side interface unit 201. An address solution unit 203 transmits the information extracted by the information extraction unit 202 to an address solution server 105 and acquires an address of a delivery control server 106 from the address solution server 105. A server-side interface unit 204 transmits and receives a message with each of servers of a service entrepreneur facility 103. A setup unit 205 transmits and receives a message with the delivery control server 106 and prepares for a connection.
