<p>The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising active components as followed: amlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, pioglitazone or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and rosuvastatin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The present invention also provides use of the pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of medicaments for treating hypertension and metabolic syndrome. The pharmaceutical composition can effectively control occurrence of related cardiovascular diseases during treating hypertension and metabolic syndrome, and improve survival prognosis in hypertensive patients. When blood pressure reaches target level, the risk factors such as cardiovascular diseases are retrieved, metabolic disorder and prognosis of patients are improved, and survival rate of hypertensive patients is raised.</p> |
